Le Foyer Dining & Meals
Lunch is served weekdays & Sundays between 12:30 and 13:00. Flexible options including marked container take-aways collected at 12:00. Special medical diets available.
Care Centre
Operated by dedicated professional contractors. Registered sisters on duty to support resident health, emergency medical posts, and wellness monitoring.
24-Hour Laundry Room
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available anytime. Tokens/coins are easily obtainable directly at Reception.
Self-Service Library
Enjoy a large collection of books. Borrowed literature is self-recorded, with simple drop-boxes for returning completed reads.
Active Living & Pilates
Stay active with weekly Pilates classes offered every Monday morning at 09:30 and 10:15. Lawn bowls enquiries available at reception.
Refuse & Maintenance
Wednesdays refuse collection. On-site maintenance keeps streetlights, landscaping, and communal properties pristine.
COMMUNITY STANDARDS
Important Rules at a Glance
20 km/h Speed Limit
Strict speed limits on grounds. Do not obstruct garages or park on lawns.
Pet Approval
Pets require written Trustee permission. Dogs must be on a leash on common property.
Compulsory Meals
At least 6 meal coupons per resident per month are required (excluding Sundays).
Account Settlement
Levies, electricity, and meal coupon accounts must be settled before the 10th of the month.
Staff & Visitor Conduct
Domestic workers must be registered. Residents are responsible for guests, visitors, workers, and caregivers.
Quiet Hours
Respect silence especially at night and immediately following the midday meal.
Washing Lines
No washing lines on common property; washing may not be displayed unsightly.
Extended Absence
Advise the Manager and immediate neighbours before leaving for an extended period.
Exterior Alteration
No exterior alteration, extension or addition without prior Board approval.
Refuse & Waste Disposal
Refuse bags must be securely tied and placed outside only from Tuesday evening to Wednesday 08:00 for designated removal
Visitor Conduct
Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests, visitors, domestic workers and home-minders.
Electrical Equipment
Do not tamper with communal electrical equipment. Electrical repairs must be done by a registered electrician.

Your First 48 Hours Checklist
- Complete and return the Resident Information Form.
- Save Office (021 559 1453) & After-Hours Emergency (076 827 5173) numbers.
- Owners: Provide Management with a copy of the Title Deed.
- Complete Security & Access Form (vehicles, visitors, domestic workers, caregivers)
- Read the 'Important Rules at a Glance' and full approved Conduct Rules.
- Provide duplicate external-door/security-gate keys to Manager for emergency safekeeping.
